Getting caught up on news about NCAA Football 14—the last entry in that storied college football franchise from EA SPORTS for at least the foreseeable future—today Paakaa10 revisits the details of the first three paid Uniform Store updates as he addresses whether or not this year’s offerings improve upon the Uniform Store from NCAA Football 13.
One of my disappointments in the post-release support of NCAA Football 13 had to do with how long it took the new Uniform Store to roll out, and then how infrequently the store was supplied with new content for players to add to their game with this new tool. By the end of NCAA Football 13’s primary play cycle, 22 out of the 123 schools in the game had received uniform updates.
The first free Uniform Store update (full details here) for NCAA Football 14 was a great start; it alone added uniform content for 20 schools in the game, nearly doubling the number of schools which had content added in the free update from the previous year.
